Compressed air and gas

Production, painting, pneumatics, I&C – moisture, oil, rust

Every compressor supplies the system not only with air – but also with moisture, oil aerosol, rust and particles. The task is to remove all of this before it enters the process.

Pneumatics and toolsMoisture and oil destroy valves and seals. Proper drying and coalescence – service life grows several times over

How our approach works

You provide the compressor parameters and what the air is needed for – we determine the required purity class per ISO 8573-1 and select the purification stages.

Process steam

Food and dairy production, CIP/SIP cleaning – rust and scale from the boiler

Steam seems clean – it's hot. But it carries with it everything that has accumulated in the steam network: rust, scale, deposits. For culinary steam, which goes straight into the product, this is unacceptable.

An important nuance

Liquids and water

Beverages, water treatment, CIP cleaning, ingredient water – suspended solids, microorganisms, hardness

Water in production plays several roles: it is part of the product, cleans equipment, and feeds reverse-osmosis units. Each role has its own purity requirements.

Sterile air and gas

Ordinary air filtration is not enough here. When air comes into direct contact with the product or enters a sterile environment – a different level of protection is required. Not a single bacterium should get through.

A common mistake

They install an ordinary filter instead of a sterile one – it doesn't retain bacteria. Or they install the right one, but without SIP sterilization – bacteria colonize the element from the inside. An expert will select the right combination.
