This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that this site, on which the text of this Privacy Policy is posted, may obtain about the User, as well as to any programs and products hosted on it.

1. Definition of terms

1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

1.1.1. "Site Administration" – employees authorized to manage the site and acting on its behalf, who organize and (or) carry out the processing of personal data, and also determine the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of the personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed with personal data.

2. General provisions

2.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the site.

2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to this site. The Site Administration does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites that the User may access via links available on this site.

2.4. The Site Administration does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the site User.

3. Subject of the Privacy Policy

3.1. 6. Obligations of the parties

6.1. The User undertakes to:

6.1.1. Provide correct and truthful information about personal data necessary for using the site.

6.1.2. Update or supplement the provided personal data information in the event that this information changes.

6.1.3. Take measures to protect access to their confidential data stored on the site.

6.2. The Site Administration undertakes to:

6.2.1. Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.2. Not disclose the User's personal data, except for clauses 5.2 and 5.3 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.3. Block the personal data relating to the relevant User from the moment of the request of the User or their legal representative, or of the authority for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects, for the period of verification, in the event that inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions are discovered.

7. Liability of the parties

7.1. The Site Administration is liable for the deliberate disclosure of the User's Personal Data in accordance with applicable law, except for the cases provided for in clauses 5.2, 5.3 and 7.2 of this Privacy Policy.

7.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of Personal Data, the Site Administration is not liable if this confidential information:

7.2.1. Became public knowledge before its loss or disclosure.

7.2.2. Was obtained from a third party before it was received by the Site Administration.

7.2.3. Was obtained by third parties through unauthorized access to the site's files.

7.2.4. Was disclosed with the User's consent.

8. Dispute resolution

8.1. Before filing a lawsuit in court over disputes arising from the relationship between the site User and the Site Administration, it is mandatory to file a claim (a written proposal for the voluntary settlement of the dispute).

8.2. Within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, the recipient of the claim notifies the claimant in writing of the results of the review of the claim.

8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to a judicial authority in accordance with applicable law.

8.4. Applicable law governs this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Site Administration.

9. Additional terms

9.1. The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.

9.2. The new Privacy Policy takes effect from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
